Can I return or exchange my order?

 

Absolutely, simply email us or use our contact form to start a return or an exchange.

 

⭐ Must be returned to us within 30 days

 

⭐ Products must be unopened and in the original packaging

 

⭐ Dog treats and gift cards are not eligible for returns or
exchanges

 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

 

Once we receive your order, returns or exchanges will be processed within a couple of days.

 

Are delivery charges refundable?

 

Unfortunately, no. Delivery charges for returns or exchanges are not covered by us.

 

What happens if the product is faulty?

 

We want you to be as happy as possible with your order and offer a 30-day warranty for all dog accessories (excludes excessive wear and tear or rough play). If you find that your product is faulty please contact our customer service team and we will organise the
next steps for you.
